Senior Financial Analyst - Ecommerce Operations

🧾 About the Role

Happy Cheeks Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations for our fast-scaling D2C and e-commerce brand, Kidology. This role requires strong ownership, analytical ability, and expertise in handling multi-channel accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce, D2C, retail).

You will lead key accounting functions, ensure compliance, streamline processes, and provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented startup environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations : AP, AR, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and P&L.
• Ensure timely and error-free data entry in accounting systems (Tally Books).
