Job descriptionFresh graduates (any stream) or final-year students. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Eagerness to learn sales & marketing fundamentals in a startup environment. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Comfortable using social media platforms for business outreach. First 2 months : Incentive-based internship (earn as you convert leads). Post-internship : Full-time role with competitive fixed salary + performance incentives . Real-world exposure to sales, marketing, and startup growth strategies. Opportunity to grow quickly in a fast-scaling company.
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate (Fresher) to join our growing team. You will start with a 2-month incentive-based internship where your performance will directly drive your rewards. After successful completion, you will be offered a full-time role with a fixed salary plus incentives. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential service businesses (salons, fitness, workshops, events, etc.) through online and offline channels.
- Demonstrate Zittle’s value proposition to business owners and convert them into active users.
- Collect feedback from early users to improve product adoption.
