Role Summary :

We are seeking an Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming / outgoing calls promptly and professionally. This is a work-from-home position, and the intern will need to have their own laptop and stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and address incoming / outgoing phone calls promptly and professionally
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
• Redirect calls to the relevant team members as needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone interactions
• Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required
• Offer insights and feedback on phone communication strategies as an intern in the customer experience team
