- Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring clear direction, continuous growth, and team collaboration.
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital platforms, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage SEO / SEM strategies to improve website ranking, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and click-through rates.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and impactful marketing materials such as blogs, infographics, videos, and social media content.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources across projects, ensuring maximum ROI for digital marketing spend.
- Communicate digital marketing performance and insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations and clear reporting on progress.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels. Qualification criteria :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving significant business growth.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience in budget management and campaign cost optimization.

- Familiarity with web development and content management systems (WordPress, etc.) is a plus.
