The Lead GTM Strategy & Brand Solutions is responsible for developing effective monetisation-strategy for Glance Media offerings as a Solutions Specialist. This individual is expected to understand client business goals, challenges and opportunities, map the solutions with a mix of relevant Glance offerings, and help our advertisers achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the team to support business teams for diverse set of clients to discover and identify their mobile marketing challenges and opportunities
- Design effective and efficient solutions utilizing Glance Lock Screen Media offerings (Display, Video, Interactive Units) and Content Solutions geared towards the client's desired outcome, thoroughly understanding business and technical challenges of the client and leveraging the expertise of mobile marketing
- Articulating Glance Media & Content offerings to brands & agencies via training workshops
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to ensure the success of every client deal, leveraging internal resources / insight and collecting feedback.
- Build high impact presentations driven by extensive research & creative storytelling
- Enable and push the Sales Managers with programs developed by you (based on insights, product solutions and identifying areas of impact) that will be employed to win business

A proven track record of content marketing, brand marketing, media planning & strategy roles in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environmentCreative thinker, energetic and passionate self-starter who can work independently without a lot of oversight and directionProficiency of brand marketing frameworks and simplifying complex information or concept into easily graspable informationMust possess the ability to quickly grasp business concepts and absorb / utilize market researchComfort working in a fast-paced, distributed manner having to liaise with stakeholders across multiple teams, entities, and geographies with very precise timelinesStrong communication skill oral & written (i.e. storytelling, workshop facilitation)Skills Required
