Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for a Production Leader to join our team in Savli, Vadodara facility. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing production team. You will drive excellence in safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and mutual benefit.

What You Will Do

Requirements:

  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and proactively address hazards to achieve zero incidents.
  • Drive and maintain high standards of product quality and process consistency.
  • Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
  • Stabilize processes and work practices to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop, coach, and empower team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Model strong leadership, effective communication, and positive team dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and close performance gaps.
  • Support and drive transformation initiatives aligned with Koch's vision and values.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and develop teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to be assertive yet respectful.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and mutual respect.
