Network Operations Manager

Role : NOC Lead Experience : 10 - 15

Location : Hyderabad

Fulltime - Hybrid

Experience :

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud environment management, and network monitoring.

Leadership : Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals.

Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network systems.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the NOC team.

Drive continuous evaluation of network performance, recommending and implementing improvements based on industry’s best practices and emerging technologies.

Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on service metrics and KPIs.

ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification (Intermediate or Expert level preferred).

Ensure that network issues are resolved within established SLAs.

Collaborate with other NOC Shift Leads and teams to address cross-functional issues.

Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
