We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Quality Leader to head our global quality function across international processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in quality frameworks, performance improvement, people leadership, and global stakeholder management .
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end Quality Strategy across multiple international business units.
Lead teams of Quality Managers / Analysts to deliver world-class customer experience .
Build and implement quality governance, audits, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with global leaders to enhance process efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction .
Manage performance metrics, insights, and reporting across regions.
Lead transformation projects, automation initiatives, and SOP standardization.
Requirements
15+ years in Quality, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles .
Strong experience in international or global operations .
Expertise in QA frameworks, analytics, VOC / NPS, and process excellence.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic vision.
Customer Experience • Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
