Interior Designer

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, manage client relationships, and guide junior designers to deliver innovative and functional design solutions that align with our firm's aesthetic and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization, design development, and execution of interior design projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors. Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material selections to clients. Create and review detailed drawings, 3D renders, layouts, and working drawings. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project. Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes efficiently. Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns. Stay updated on trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in interior design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit is an added advantage). Excellent aesthetic sense, detailing ability, and space planning skills.
