What you'll do
As part of the Avionics team at Aule, you will be responsible for the design, prototyping, testing, assembly, and validation of the spacecraft / payload digital hardware.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop space and radiation-tolerant and highly reliable electronics
- Bring-up, debugging, and validation of boards and modules
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, thermal, software, RF, GNC, and manufacturing engineers to solve challenging problems and develop innovative and creative solutions
- Plan and run environmental tests (EMI / EMC, TVAC, Vibration)
- Generate fab / assembly packages and close DFM / DFA feedback
- Analyze digital avionics subcomponents, run trade studies, and manage vendor procurement

Minimum requirements
1+ years of hands-on PCB designingProficiency in Altium / KiCad with strong library and rule / constraint management.Solid SI / PI fundamentalsExperience designing reliable hardware for mission-critical systemPreferred qualifications
Experience with high-speed interfaces (Ethernet / LVDS / SpaceWire / MIPI)Exposure to space / harsh-environment basics : FMECA, derating, WCA, outgassingBasic Python for test automation and data loggingWorked with EMI / EMC, TVAC, and vibration vendorsFamiliar with configuration control and ECOsWhat we offer
