Job Title : Alliance Manager

Location : Delhi / NCR

Experience Required : Around 10 Years

Industry : IT / Software Sales

Budget : 18lpa to 20lpa

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Alliance Manager to drive large software and solutions business through strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) and OEMs . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise software sales, alliance management, and building long-term business relationships that generate significant revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with large System Integrators (SIs) and OEMs to generate joint business opportunities.
  • Responsible for driving large software and solution deals through SI and OEM partnerships.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners to expand market reach.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key alliances to strengthen the organization’s partner ecosystem.
  • Work closely with internal sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to create and deliver joint value propositions.
  • Manage end-to-end partner engagement — from relationship development to deal execution.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Track market developments, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the company in partner events, joint marketing activities, and strategic business reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education : B.Tech / B.E.
  • Experience : Around 10 years in Software / SaaS Alliance Management or Channel Sales .
  • Proven track record in managing large software and solutions deals through alliances with SIs and OEMs.
  • Strong experience in partner relationship and ecosystem management .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partnership models.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
