Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Mussoorie with some flexibility to work from home. The Social Media Manager will develop and implement effective social media strategies, create and manage content calendars, and oversee social media platforms to ensure engagement and brand consistency. Additional responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to inform decision-making
• Knowledge of social media tools and platforms
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
