The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting HR functions, such as employee onboarding, payroll management, employee relations, training coordination, and compliance with company policies. The role includes assisting in recruitment processes, performance appraisal management, and maintaining employee records. The HR Assistant Manager will also handle day-to-day queries from employees and provide administrative support to the HR department.QualificationsKnowledge and experience in recruitment processes, staffing, and onboarding proceduresProficiency in performance management, employee relations, and training & developmentStrong organizational abilities, including record-keeping and payroll managementEffective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionFamiliarity with labor laws and HR-related regulationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
