Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAD Designer to join our on-site design team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the full design lifecycle—from concept development and detailed drafting to production release. This role demands precision, creativity, and strong technical knowledge in AutoCAD-based design and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and prepare detailed manufacturing drawings for all product lines using AutoCAD.
• Apply established CAD design methodologies and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Interpret handwritten data and convert it into accurate, manufacturable designs.
• Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Update and maintain design documentation as revisions occur.
• Properly classify and file all engineering drawings.
• Provide backup support for other team members as needed.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English—both written and verbal.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Be open to shift-based work as required by project schedules.
