About the Role

• Regional Support – Supports the regional lead to drive compliance across the region, collaborating with operations stakeholders. Provides ideas to educate facility and field employees within the company on compliance obligations, provides solutions for identified compliance risks, and guides in development of corrective actions
• Compliance Assessments – Execution of Formal monitoring system level check at Facility level and identify the risk prone areas and gaps
• Communicating reporting and analytic initiatives
• Ensuring reports meet compliance obligations, and legal considerations
• Track and Monitor on Regulatory Contact and Report the missed ones.
• Share the Regulatory Contact Report to all Leads and SMEs and track until closure.
• Conduct assessments to define and analyse possible risks.
• Audit processes and procedures.
• Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
