Purpose of the role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Business Analyst specializing in Personal Loan and Credit Card systems. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • System Analysis : Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing Loan and Credit Card systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements, efficiency improvements, and system integrations.
  • Requirement Gathering : Analyze current system functionalities and processes, identify gaps, and document detailed requirements and process flows. To have hands on working experience in writing Use case ,Flow diagram etc.
  • Functional Specifications : Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories based on business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Technical Expertise : Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, bridging the gap by interpreting complex technical concepts into understandable business language.
  • Solution Design : Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions, providing insights into system architecture, workflow optimization, and integration strategies.
  • Testing and Validation : Oversee testing phases, validate system changes, and ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Documentation and Training : Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the personal loan and credit card domain, recommending innovative solutions and process improvements.

Desired Experience :

  • Strong understanding of lending processes, credit card operations, and regulatory compliance within Bank
  • Experience in Credit card and Loans LOS and also the Microsoft Dynamics Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience 6 to 12 years as a Business Analyst within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry, specifically focusing on LOS - Loans and Credit Understand the business requirement, identify impacted system(s), evaluate if the requirement needs a business parameter maintenance or a change request.
  • Suggest suitable solutions necessary to run, change & grow the bank, especially in retail & corporate loans & credit card as per business, compliance and operational needs of the bank.
  • Co-ordinate with Business, Change requestor and IT stakeholders to effect the change required.
  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) with the propose system solutions based on analysis.
  • Conduct BRD Walkthrough with relevant stakeholders related to the change and take required sign-off.
  • Assisting development & testing teams during further phases of project and track until the change is implemented successfully.
  • Experience in one or more banking systems Oracle Flexcube CBS - (FCR / FCC) and Newgen LOS
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics - CRM
  • Experience in JIRA, Sharepoint and Confluence would be an added advantage
