As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Connekt’s people strategy. You’ll be responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and aligning HR processes with the company’s growth objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to identify hiring needs across departments — including Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Facility Management — and ensure that Connekt attracts, retains, and develops the best talent in the coworking and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations — from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding.
Build a strong talent pipeline for upcoming roles (operations, sales, marketing, facilities, etc.).
Manage relationships with recruitment partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Develop an employer branding strategy to position Connekt as a preferred workplace.
2. HR Operations & Policy Implementation
Oversee HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records, offer letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and performance review systems efficiently.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.
Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives.
Act as a bridge between management and staff to ensure transparent communication.
4. Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs to enhance team performance.
Support leadership in designing performance management and growth frameworks.
5. Strategic HR Support
Work closely with leadership to plan manpower needs and align HR strategy with business goals.
Contribute to the design and implementation of organizational structure as Connekt scales to new locations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, coworking, or real estate sectors.
Proven experience in recruitment and managing HR operations independently.
Strong understanding of HR laws, employee relations, and people management practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
