What You’ll Do Own and execute the social media strategy with consistency and clarity Run content and community across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit Plan campaigns, test formats, and grow platform presence Track performance, learn from metrics, and iterate on content Collaborate with founders, creatives, and marketing to turn product insights into engaging posts

What We’re Looking For 2+ years managing social media at AI or tech startups Exceptional writing skills with a distinct and engaging voice Strong visual and creative sensibility Platform-specific understanding of best practices Self-driven with a bias toward experimentation and learning Bonus : Experience with developer, design, or AI communities
