Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of Experience in Kronos as an application developer or engineerUnderstands end to end HR processes from Hire to time capture to payroll.Candidate should possess strong SQL skills with writing complex SQLs, materialized views, high-performance queries.Has written multiple WIM interfaces involving integrating Permanent data from PeopleSoft or any other HR application with Kronos (Person Import) and writing outbound integration from scratch to incorporate time data from Kronos to payroll vendors (Pay Extracts) like ADP, Ceridian, etc.Excellent Understanding of database tables used by Kronos and their inter-relationships.Candidate should have Experience in performance tuning of the SQLs, PL / SQLs using indexes, hints, partitioning, and other Oracle tools and techniques.Excellent communication and ability to work independently with the onsite coordinator.
