Together, these portfolios represent investment activity from a ~$200 million AUM vehicle focused exclusively on category-defining software platforms.
Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced investment professional to join our team as a Senior Associate or Vice President . This role partners directly with firm leadership across all stages of the investment process—sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio company growth. You’ll play a key role in identifying and acquiring high-quality software businesses while helping shape the operational playbook that scales them post-acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and execute software acquisition opportunities
Build financial models and perform detailed valuation analyses
Manage due-diligence processes and coordinate with advisors and sellers
Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with portfolio company leaders on post-acquisition strategy and execution
Contribute to internal sourcing programs and market development initiatives
Qualifications
2–3 years of Investment Banking experience
2–4 years of Private Equity or Growth Equity experience (software focus preferred)
Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Genuine interest in building and operating great software companies
Compensation
Cash Compensation : $300,000–$600,000 (base + bonus)
Equity / Carry : Participation in long-term carry programs (DAW), aligned with seniority and performance. Specific carry amounts are not listed but represent a significant component of total compensation
Growth : Opportunity for annual cash-compensation increases of up to 100% based on performance and advancement
