Description

1. Preferred years of experience : 8+ years hands on experience in VisionPlus

2. Responsible to monitor and provide solution for Production and UAT Incidents.

3. Hands on experience on one or more of the sub-systems in VisionPLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.

4. Should be able to work independently and escalate if issue is not resolved on time.

5. Excellent analysis skills and expertise in issue resolution and provide fixes for that.

6. Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow, solutions to complex business problems.

7. Understand client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development team.

8. Provide functional and technical guidance to the Business Analysts and Developers

9. Assist in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation, testing and in production

10. Aid in the implementation and stabilization of the solution

11. High-level Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsytems, Batch processing

12. Skills in MF - JCL, COBOL, VSAM and CICS
