BLAST have now combined forces with Jio to entertain India’s youth and redefine Indian esports. Globally we work with the world’s best game publishers and brands to elevate their properties into amazing esports experiences. Now it’s time for India.

Launched in 2025 and headquartered in Mumbai, Jio BLAST is assembling a passionate, ambitious, and creative team. This is your opportunity to be part of shaping BLAST’s vision for esports in India. This role will lead our Marketing, Social & Comms efforts - across both the Jio BLAST business and the consumer-facing tournaments and entertainment brands we create.

You will be both a strategic marketing leader and a hands-on doer. In the early days you’ll be driving campaigns, writing posts, crafting narratives and building decks yourself - while also setting the marketing strategy, working with partners and building a growing team.

You’ll market Jio BLAST to publishers, brands and partners - and you’ll also lead the charge in growing large-scale Indian fan communities around our consumer brands and tournaments.

We’re here to build new entertainment products with the biggest game publishers and brands in the world, with the number one goal of entertaining India’s youth and creating new heroes - and we need marketing that matches that ambition.
