Project Overview :
Community based HIV testing and Linkages project needs a compassionate and highly organized Field Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for data management and coordination with Programme Manager and project team. The Project Coordinator will ensure that all project documentation is properly managed and up to date, assist with project scheduling and budgeting, and support project reporting requirements. The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
Act as a liaison between the central team and field teams.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project activities.
Assist in organizing training sessions for field staff.
Participate in periodic field visits to monitor progress and provide support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Telugu language proficiency is an added advantage.
