Sourcing Manager – Residential Sales
Location : Kon Phata, Panvel
Experience : 2-5 years in Real Estate
Job Summary :
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for generating high-quality walk-ins and site visits through multiple lead generation channels, including channel partner management, local market activations, and digital sourcing. The role is critical for creating a consistent lead pipeline for the closing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Channel Partner (CP) Network Development :
Build and manage a strong CP network across Panvel, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding micro-markets.
Organize CP meets, training sessions, and site visits to build product familiarity and loyalty.
Ensure high CP engagement and lead flow from active partners.
Local Market Activations :
Identify and execute ground activations including kiosks, banners, bulk SMS, and local events.
Forge tie-ups with corporate parks, retail centres, and community spaces for lead sourcing.
Digital & Offline Lead Generation :
Work with marketing teams to generate leads via online portals, social media campaigns, and database marketing.
Ensure smooth coordination for walk-in conversions and lead handover to the closing team.
Lead Management & Reporting :
Track lead sources, cost per lead, and conversion ratios.
Maintain daily MIS and funnel reports for all sourced leads.
Market Intelligence :
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional offers.
Provide ground-level feedback on customer preferences and sourcing trends.
Requirements
Key Requirements :
Experience : 2–5 years in real estate lead generation, channel partner management, or real estate brokerage
Education : Graduate / MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred
Skills :
Strong networking and communication skills
Knowledge of Panvel, Kon Phata, and Navi Mumbai micro-markets
Ability to drive on-ground activations and relationship-based sourcing
