Key responsibilities
- Merchant acquisition : Identify and approach potential merchants in the market, including retail and online businesses.
- Sales and promotion : Present and sell the bank's payment solutions, such as POS terminals and other digital payment products.
- Target achievement : Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets for merchant acquisition and product activation.
- Client onboarding : Ensure all documentation is complete and facilitate the smooth and timely activation of new merchants.
- Relationship management : Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired merchants to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products to new and existing merchant clients.
- Reporting : Maintain proper records and reports of sales activities and business performance.
