About the Role
The role focuses on developing global B2B partnerships with corporates and training networks to drive large-scale student enrollments. Ideal for someone who has strong enterprise sales experience and can build long-term, high-performing partner ecosystems across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise & B2B Signups
- Deliver high-volume corporate and workforce enrollments.
- Develop partnerships with HR, L&D leaders, and senior executives across industries.
Corporate Outreach
Pitch programs to global and Indian corporates; close training and workforce development contracts.Channel Partner Network
Build partnerships with training networks, TPOs, and influencers to ensure repeat student inflow.Establish strong global and domestic partnership channels.Ground-Level Demand Activation
Represent the organization at global and regional events, seminars, and partnership forums.Revenue Accountability
Ensure every partnership contributes to measurable student signups with strict CAC discipline.Who You Are
6–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate partnerships, higher-ed alliances, or global B2B roles.Strong network among corporate HR / L&D leaders and training networks.Proven closer with strong negotiation and conversion capability.Field-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities.Metrics- and performance-driven, ensuring MoUs convert into actual enrollments.
