Key Responsibilities :
- Handle patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Review voicemails and promptly return patient calls.
- Schedule patient appointments using the EPIC portal .
- Upload and manage patient documents on the EPIC system.
- Act as the main point of contact for patients regarding appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Assist patients with insurance processes and billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred).Previous experience in healthcare coordination (preferred).Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Skills Required
