About Role :

Hive is looking for a Mobile Development Lead-iOS to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the design and development of robust, high-performance mobile applications that provide an outstanding user experience. As a Mobile Development Lead, you'll lead efforts in iOS mobile development, guiding teams in best practices and innovative approaches that drive our app development forward.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage high-performing mobile engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Lead engineering execution for iOS mobile and Mac apps, ensuring performance, reliability, scale, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, analytics, UX design, and engineering) to define and execute mobile product strategy.
• Lead architecture and design discussions while advocating for best practices in mobile development.
• Drive platform-wide consistency and standardization (shared components, reusable frameworks, observability, etc.)
• Improve experimentation velocity, crash-free rates, app store ratings, and build-test- release cycles
• Implement best practices in mobile development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on user experience and work closely with UX / UI teams to ensure design and functionality align with user needs.
• Continuously improve engineering productivity through automation, CI / CD investments, testing infrastructure, and tooling
• Stay informed about the latest trends in mobile technology and integrate them into the team's development practices.
• A passion for mobile technology and a desire to innovate and push the boundaries of user experiences.
