Role Overview
We are looking for Technical Recruiters (Junior, Mid, and Senior Levels) and Client Managers / Team Leads to join our growing recruitment team.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment , client coordination , and team or project leadership (depending on experience level).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle , from understanding client requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source quality candidates through headhunting, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals , and other creative channels.
Handle IT, product, and startup hiring assignments — from junior to leadership levels.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication throughout the process.
Manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously with strong attention to timelines.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships , ensuring quality delivery and satisfaction.
Mentor and guide team members (for senior / lead roles).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring delivery.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in IT / Technical / Startup recruitment (Junior–Mid Level)
8+ years of experience in Client Management / Team Leadership (Senior / Manager Level)
Strong understanding of start-up hiring, product hiring, and niche tech roles .
Must be from a reputed recruitment firm.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
