Job Timings : 9 : 30am to 6 : 30pm

Job Summary : We are seeking experienced and dynamic Field Sales Executives for our B2C rooftop solar division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct or field sales, preferably in solar, real estate, insurance, or consumer products, and be capable of converting leads into residential rooftop installations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct door-to-door and targeted field sales in your assigned area.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads for residential rooftop solar projects Explain solar benefits, ROI, subsidy, and finance options to customers.
• Coordinate for site surveys, installation planning, and documentation.
• Follow up with customers from inquiry to closure.
• Work with CRM tools to update lead status and sales pipeline.
• Ensure targets are met monthly in terms of leads and conversions
• Provide feedback from the field to marketing and technical teams
