Job descriptionControlling training programs for employees and contractors. Promote awareness on safe and best work practices and emergency procedures. Conduct refresher training sessions. Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; Maintain incident and investigation reports and track closure of actions. Support root cause analysis and ensure preventive measures are implemented. Maintain ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, and records. Prepare monthly HS performance reports and present findings to management. Support internal and external HS audits and ensure co-ordination with audit findings. Identify potential hazards and develop control measures. Recommend and implement improvements in the HS management system. Participate in health and safety committee meetings and contribute to setting HS objectives and targets. Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and applicable safety legislation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct safety audits and risk assessments. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office and HS reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in health and safety function. Certification in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (preferred
