The Role
This position will support the operational excellence and talent supply chain of the global Professional Services Organization. You will be responsible for implementing workforce transformation through system-wide capacity management programs.
Your Impact
- Lead strategic talent planning and capacity strategy initiatives to ensure optimal utilization of practitioners, enhance operational efficiency, and drive workforce effectiveness across global workforce.
- Manage a range of global resources who will advise leadership on project assignments based on skills, experience and project economics, balancing supply and demand with business needs.
- Provide expertise in workforce and talent development management, process improvement and workforce optimization projects.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from accredited university. Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of leadership experience required.Expertise in people resource management in professional services organization and talent development along with forecast reports, trainings, and headcount allocation.Experience in establishing a resource & capacity management and workforce management program, bringing best practices, processes and understanding of technology enablement requirements for achieving operational excellence in this space.Strong skillset in using data and analytics to drive visibility and continuous improvement.10+ years in talent and workforce management with progressively increasing responsibilities in a top tier global professional software services firm.Ability to work in a global professional services environment, across time zones with multiple practice areas, centers of excellence and scale spread globally.Lead a team of globally distributed resource & capacity managers, and partner with globally distributed practice leaders, sub-contracting firms and talent acquisition to deliver best cost, best quality outcome for meeting project staffing needs in a timely manner with highest possible productive resource utilization.Expertise in ensuring capacity and competences align with workforce planning, trends, and risks based on market area requirements and financial targets.Knowledge of Power BI, Analytics, SalesForce, etc. and use of standard professional services automation technologies.Ability to be resilient, proactive, flexible, efficient, and task focused in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment.Able to engage in critical thinking and problem-solving skills, organized, self-starter, and reliable with good follow-through.Experience and understanding of software implementations in the energy, manufacturing or utilities industries is a plus.LI-RK1
