Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for multiple positions across the company.
- Leverage multiple sourcing platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assess candidates based on role requirements, and facilitate the selection process through effective evaluation techniques.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of their teams, draft accurate job descriptions, and define clear hiring criteria and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and best practices in all recruitment activities.
- Stay informed of HR policies and maintain records of recruitment efforts.
- Stay updated on trends in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and the construction industry to ensure the company is competitive in attracting top talent.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates, preferably with exposure to the construction or manufacturing industry.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience with job posting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.Knowledge of HR software is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a knack for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work effectively as part of a recruitment team while collaborating closely with other departments.Experience in the construction or related industry is highly desirable, but not required.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.A positive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to connect with a wide range of individualsref : iimjobs.com)
