They specialize in solutions for Industrial highways, Railways, Irrigation & Tele-Communication Infrastructures.

With over 48 years of experience in design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete products, FUJI is known for its passion for developing High-Performance Concrete (HPC) and pioneering the use of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for multiple positions across the company.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assess candidates based on role requirements, and facilitate the selection process through effective evaluation techniques.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of their teams, draft accurate job descriptions, and define clear hiring criteria and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and best practices in all recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed of HR policies and maintain records of recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated on trends in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and the construction industry to ensure the company is competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates, preferably with exposure to the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with job posting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a knack for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a recruitment team while collaborating closely with other departments.
  • Experience in the construction or related industry is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
