Job descriptionStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with clients. Goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independently. Basic understanding of fitness industry trends (preferred but not mandatory). Must own a smartphone and have willingness to travel within the assigned area. Own vehicle with valid driving license (preferred).
We are looking for an Immediate joiner (0 to 10 days)
Location : Gurgaon
Work Type : Field
Experience : 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Job Description
- Visit gyms and fitness centres in the assigned area to present and promote our application.
- Pitch product benefits, explain features effectively, and address client questions.
- Convince gym owners / managers to register and complete the on boarding process.
- Collect and verify required documents and information needed for registration.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, conversions, and on boarding status.
- Meet daily / weekly targets for outreach and gym on boarding.
- Share feedback, challenges, and market insights with the internal team to enhance the product and sales strategy.
