Technical Recruiter [19 / 10 / 2025]

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter based in India to drive end-to-end hiring across the APAC region. This is not a strategic or HR generalist role — it is for a doer who will directly source, pitch, negotiate, and close candidates. You will be expected to manage and deliver 5–6 technical roles per week, while coming up with solutions to hiring challenges and demonstrating strong candidate management skills throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Act as a closer — negotiate offers, handle counter-offers, and secure candidate acceptance.
• Provide solutions to overcome talent availability, salary mismatch, or timeline challenges.
• Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring smooth engagement and high offer-to-acceptance ratios.
• Partner with APAC hiring managers, providing insights and regular pipeline updates.
• Treat recruitment as a sales process, driving KPIs such as time-to-fill and closure ratios.
