Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, Engineering, Architecture, Product Design, or Applied Arts. Strong skills in CAD, modelling, fabrication, and prototyping (digital fabrication experience is a plus). Experience mentoring senior school or college-age learners through hands-on projects. The satisfaction of guiding young designers through meaningful, real-world projects. Professional development opportunities through workshops, certifications, and peer observations.
