About the role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from large datasets, develop intuitive dashboards, and provide data-backed recommendations that drive strategic initiatives.Note : This position requires the candidate to be based in India, with the flexibility to work remotely.Responsibilities : Collect, clean and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Looker StudioWork with business stakeholders to identify KPIs and track performance metricsAutomate recurring data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver actionable insights and recommendationsCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality and integritySupport and mentor junior analysts to enhance team capability and foster a collaborative learning environment.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.Advanced Proficiency in SQL and Intermediate Proficiency in PythonIntermediate / Advanced Proficiency in Tableau Experience of working with large scale datasets and data warehouses such as Big Query, Redshift or SnowflakeAbility to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Delivery Hero India?At Delivery Hero India, we believe diversity and inclusion are key to creating not only an exciting product, but also an amazing customer and employee experience.
