About ARTHimpact is a fintech company focused on enabling financial inclusion through digital lending solutions tailored for underserved micro-entrepreneurs, especially women-led businesses. We use AI / ML to offer fast, paperless, and responsible access to credit and financial services across India.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality and performance of our digital platforms. Youll develop automated test scripts, contribute to CI / CD pipelines, and work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI / CD workflows.
  • Investigate and debug automation test failures.
  • Continuously improve test frameworks and tools.

Technical Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • API testing experience using Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
  • Strong understanding of software testing practices and tools.
  • Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based environments is a plus.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of QA automation experience.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Familiarity with BDD / TDD frameworks.
  • Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
