Key Responsibilities :
Operations & Production Supervision
- Monitor daily kitchen / site operations to ensure timely food preparation and dispatch.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow and meet order timelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI & internal SOPs).
- Oversee inventory levels and support procurement requirements.
Team & Manpower Management
Supervise kitchen staff, helpers, and production crew during shifts.Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and task allocations.Conduct on-ground training for staff on hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines.Resolve on-site workforce issues and escalate as needed.Quality, Hygiene & Safety Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to personal hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness.Conduct routine checks for kitchen equipment, food storage temperatures, and safety protocols.Report any non-compliance, equipment breakdowns, or hazards immediately.Client & Coordination
Coordinate with clients / customers regarding daily requirements and feedback.Maintain effective communication with the central kitchen, logistics, supervisors, and management.Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure service quality.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily reports for production, dispatch, manpower, and wastage.Handle documentation related to stock, delivery records, and compliance audits.Update management on daily operations, issues, and process improvements.
