Role & Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify inbound / outbound leads via LinkedIn email and social channels to support business development targets.
• Create concise marketing copy and social posts to boost brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook.
• Run targeted email outreach campaigns and track responses; personalize templates and follow-up sequences to improve conversion.
• Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot / Salesforce or equivalent); log activities update lead status and create simple reports.
• Support tele-sales outreach : schedule discovery calls handle basic objections and hand off qualified prospects to senior sales team members.
• Measure campaign performance using Google Sheets / Excel and basic analytics; recommend optimizations based on KPIs (CTR open rate lead conversion).
