Job description2–3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (healthcare / MedTech experience is a plus). Strong background in lead generation and conversion optimization . Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, and Smart Bidding strategies . Google Ads Certification required . Bonus skills : Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or knowledge of HIPAA. Pay rate : US$ 50–70 / hour. Fully remote role with flexible hours. Opportunity to work on impactful healthcare campaigns . Access to premium tools such as SEMrush, Optmyzr, and advanced analytics solutions .

Role Overview
Techmagnate is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to drive performance in healthcare-focused digital campaigns. This is a remote role ideal for professionals who thrive on measurable results and value flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube .
- Perform keyword research, set bidding strategies, and allocate budgets effectively.
- Track performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, Quality Score) and identify growth opportunities.
- Support landing page and conversion funnel improvements .
- Provide performance reports with actionable insights.
