Area Manager - Investor Relations

Location : Mumbai (Local Candidates are MUST)

Budget : up to 40 LPA

Qualification : MBA Finance / CA / ICWA / CFA

1. Prepare impactful documents such as Analyst feedback report, IR report, peer financial models,

Macro assessment for Board pack and audit committee packs.

2. Support the Team on internal / departmental deliverables as required during the publication of

quarterly results, AGM, and investor conferences.

3. Analyse monthly shareholding data, maintain a database / Profile on institutional investors and

analysts.

4. Assist in the management and resolution of investor relations issues.

5. Awareness of Credit Matrices, debt services coverage ratio, DuPont ratio, DCF, EV- EBITDA

ratios.
