Role Overview :
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing banking and investment relationships with High Net-Worth (HNI), Non-Resident Indian (NRI), and Ultra HNI clients. The role focuses on delivering superior service, expanding product penetration, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling of liabilities and investment products.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow banking and investment relationships with HNI, NRI, and UHNI clients
- Deliver exceptional service to exceed client expectations and retain high-value customers
- Identify revenue opportunities within existing and potential client relationships
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Achieve sales targets across investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, and cardsProactively offer a complete suite of consumer and commercial banking products to current and prospective clientsDrive wallet share increase and deeper relationship penetrationPortfolio Quality & Engagement
Ensure high-quality portfolio by maintaining regular engagement with mapped clientsMonitor relationship values and take corrective actions to maintain desired standardsFinancial Planning & Investment Advisory
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to understand client needsRecommend suitable investment products and financial solutionsDrive revenue through advisory-led cross-selling of mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instrumentsSkills Required
