▷ (3 Days Left) Resident Quality Engineer

Responsibilities :

1. Define inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products; supervise and ensure the effective implementation of quality standards.

2. Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance.

3. Collect and analyze quality data; organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions.

4. Follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns and submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving.

5. Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits; drive timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing

3. Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus)

4. Familiarity with EMS SMT / PCBA processes and quality operations

5. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system

6. Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies
