We’re Hiring : Senior Executive – HRBP POD Operations (Off Roll)

Location : Bhubaneshwar / Bangalore / Gurgaon / Chandigarh / Kochi / Kolkata

CTC : 6.5LPA

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner (Store Operations) to manage and engage our large-scale blue-collar workforce.

What You’ll Do :

1. Manage workforce ops : attendance, attrition & engagement

2. Drive employee experience & handle grievances

3. Support recruitment, onboarding & exit processes

4. Address payroll & incentive queries

5. Share reports & insights with stakeholders

What We’re Looking For :

1. Graduate / Postgraduate in HRM

2. 2–6 years’ experience in blue-collar manpower management

3. Strong communication (English + regional language)

4. Proficiency in Excel, PPT, Word
