• Proactively identify entry to senior-level talent in Pharma domain.
• Execute sourcing strategies primarily through Internet, databases, and social media searches.
• Analyze social data and resumes quickly to engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct market and talent research and prepare detailed Master Sourcing Plans.
• Perform first-level interviews for shortlisted candidates to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Uncover hidden online information with tenacity and advanced research techniques.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing daily activities to identify leads and engage talent online and over the phone.
• Collaborate with global teams to assemble and execute sourcing methods that deliver quality candidates.
