Job Title : Team Leader – Accounts & Finance

Location : Surat

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience : 8–10 years (including 2+ years in a supervisory role)

Role Summary

Responsible for leading the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, MIS reporting,

budgeting, and providing insights for management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking, General Ledger).

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate audits (statutory, internal, tax).

Lead and mentor the finance team for accuracy and efficiency.

Drive process improvements, internal controls, and automation.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and taxation.

Proficiency in Tally / SAP or similar accounting software.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
