Job description

We are looking to hire a skilled customer service advisor with fluency in spoken English and experience of working with UK or international clients.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities :

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Handling tickets, raising and updating tickets
  • Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
  • Handling Emails
  • Should be comfortable in evening and night shifts

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Spoken and written English language is a must
