Identify and explore potential business opportunities in the Indian market for Zoho solutions.
Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable Zoho applications or bundles that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, coordinate with the pre-sales / technical team when necessary, and facilitate the sales process.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within a CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track progress against established objectives.
Requirements :
A solid understanding of cloud-based applications and business process automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
