Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for an IT Assistant (Hardware & Networking). The role involves managing, maintaining, and supporting the school’s technological infrastructure to ensure seamless digital operations. The IT Assistant will handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems, including computers, printers, and networking equipment. They will provide day-to-day technical support to staff, maintain system performance, and ensure the reliability and security of the school’s IT environment. Collaboration with faculty and administrative teams to deliver effective and timely IT solutions is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Technical Support and Information Technology, covering both hardware and network systems
• Hands-on experience in Printer Support, Troubleshooting, and Peripheral Maintenance
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to assist staff and explain technical concepts clearly
• Proficiency with common operating systems and familiarity with LAN / WAN configurations and network security
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) and prior experience in an educational or institutional setup will be an added advantage
